Ruge Chen currently works as a research assistant in the Mu Lab. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Southern Medical University, major in clinical medicine (orthopedics). He has also undergone one and a half years of research training at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in the United States, under the mentorship of Dr. Baohong Zhao. Prior to join Mu Lab, Ruge has worked on (i) the regulatory role of lncRNA in bone homeostasis and remodeling (eLife, 2024), (ii) the molecular mechanisms of osteoporosis (BBRC, 2024).
