Welcome to Quanhua Mu Lab!

We are a computational biology laboratory working in the cancer genomics field. Our lab is especially interested in how cancer genomes give rise to diverse cellular states, spatial ecosystems, immune escape mechanisms, and therapeutic vulnerabilities. To address these questions, we build AI models and perform integrative analysis of single-cell, spatial, and multi-omics data. Check out our Research and Publications for more information.
